NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FORMS:
Properly filled application forms are to be submitted to the proper counter at H.S building (Merlin Park, 8/2 Garia hat Road).
Submission of the forms can be done on 28th, 30th and 31st May, 2011 between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The price of the downloaded form is Rs. 200/- to be paid at the time of submission.
